Additional information- The visitor pass includes access to the venue during the two days of the event, giving access to both the exhibition area and the different content forums.
- The Networking Agenda is a form of participation that allows you to hold half-hour meetings with other attendees and potential partners over the course of the two days of the event. The meetings are arranged through an online platform that facilitates the configuration of your own agenda prior to the event.
- Companies and institutions that have contracted any type of participation (exhibition area, programme and contents, partner or other specific modalities) will be able to contract additional networking agendas at a discounted price of 50%.
- The working lunch, for the contracting modalities that include it, will take place on the first day of the event (October 1st). The lunch included in the contract must be exchanged by completing the registration form with the corresponding code before 12th September. Lunches not exchanged by this date will be forfeited without any right to compensation.
- Please note that access to the networking area is restricted to exhibitors, partners and visitors who register with the option ‘professional visitor with agenda and lunch’. This access will be personal and exclusive to the person registered in this modality. If you are interested in arranging meetings with the cities and other participating companies, please remember to select this option when registering. If you are registered as a trade visitor, you can extend your registration in the private area.
