DEADLINES FOR FULL PAYMENT: STAND AND SERVICES

August 14, 2026: Deadline for full payment of the stand and contracted services. Service orders placed after this date must include proof of payment.

SUBMISSION OF FINAL ARTWORK FOR STANDS

Before August 7, 2026: Deadline for submitting final artwork for stand graphics. After this date, submission incurs a 30% surcharge of production costs. After 24/08/26: Graphic production is not guaranteed.

SETUP OF FREE DESIGN STAND

September 13-14, 2026: continuous schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

SETUP OF MODULAR AND SEMI-DESIGN STAND SET-UP

September 14, 2026: continuous schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

DATES AND OPENING HOURS

Event dates: September 15 and 16 2026.

Fair opening hours: Tuesday, September 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Wednesday, September 16 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

STAND DISMANTLING

On Wednesday, September 16, handheld materials can be collected from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Dismantling of free-design stands can take place on Wednesday, September 16, from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m.

All dismantling must be completed by September 16, 2026. The organizers are not responsible for any materials or items left in the pavilion after this date.

Please note that from September 1 onward (inclusive) service bookings (excluding catering) will incur a 30% surcharge and subject to availability.

Merchandise shipments must be scheduled by the exhibitor to be delivered to FYCMA between Friday, September 11th and Monday, September 14th, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A common merchandise receiving warehouse will be available where exhibitors can go to collect their shipped packages.

Receiving: 1 hour before events opening until public admission.

Removal during event days: 30 minutes after the event closure. On closing day, only small items that can be carried as hand luggage through the loading yard may be removed.

Goods collection: Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Exhibitors must arrange collection and properly label all items and leave them in the logistics area for pickup by courier services

Any goods remaining in the exhibition areas after the deadline will be treated as waste and removed by the cleaning service. No claims for loss or damage will be accepted.

Admission to this event is restricted to professionals who have registered in advance. Therefore, minors under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend.
