Important dates for Participants
PAYMENT FOR THE ENTIRE STAND AND SERVICES
September 1, 2025. Services contracted after this date must be accompanied by proof of payment.
SUBMISSION OF FINAL ARTWORK FOR STANDS
Submission deadline: September 10 (after this date, a surcharge of 30% of the production cost will be applied). After September 12, 2025, the production of graphics cannot be guaranteed.
ASSEMBLY OF FREE-DESIGN STANDS
September 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
ADAPTATION OF MODULAR AND SEMI-DESIGN STANDS
September 30, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
EVENT
October 1 and 2, 2025.
Fair hours: Wednesday, October 1, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Thursday, October 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
STAND DISMANTLING
Thursday, October 2, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Friday, October 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The dismantling of stands must be completed by October 3, 2025. The organization is not responsible for any materials or objects left in the pavilion after this date.

Remember that from September 15 (inclusive) onwards, the contracting of services (except catering) will be subject to a 30% surcharge and will be subject to availability.
Shipment and Collection of Goods
The shipment of merchandise must be scheduled by the exhibitor so that it is delivered to FYCMA between Monday, September 29 and Tuesday, September 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A common goods reception warehouse will be set up where exhibitors can go to collect their shipments.
Receipt of goods during the event: 1 hour before the start of the event until the doors open to the public.
Removal of goods during the event: 30 minutes after the event closes. On the closing day, only small items that can be carried as hand luggage may be removed via the loading bay.
Goods may be collected on October 3 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The collection of these goods must be managed by the exhibitor. Packages must be left properly labeled in the logistics area for collection by courier companies.
Once the dismantling period has ended, any merchandise remaining in the exhibition areas will be considered waste material and will be removed by the cleaning company, with the exhibitor losing all rights to claim for loss or damage.
