By confirming your participation in Greencities, you acknowledge and accept the General Contracting Conditions and Participation Rules, as well as the Specific Contracting Conditions of Greencities 2025 outlined below.
These Specific Contracting Conditions may partially or fully modify the clauses included in the General Contracting Conditions and Participation Rules.

SPECIFIC CONTRACTING CONDITIONS FOR GREENCITIES 2025
DATES AND OPENING HOURS
Event dates: October 1 and 2, 2025
Fair opening hours: Wednesday, October 1 from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Thursday, October 2 from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
ADMISSION AND CONTRACTING
In addition to the terms set forth in the General Contracting Conditions and Participation Rules, all companies and institutions whose activities are included in or related to the relevant sector and who meet all mandatory legal requirements may participate as exhibitors in Greencities 2025. The right of admission is reserved.
Contracting is completed by submitting the signed and/or stamped Contracting Document to FYCMA (Trade Fairs and Congress Centre of Malaga), along with proof of payment. Without this proof, the reservation will not be considered formalized.

Semi-designed stands of 12 to 36 m2.

REGULATION FOR FREE DESIGN STANDS – Greencities 2025
1. Authorization and Required Documentation
- Exhibitors must submit detailing all collaborating companies involved in stand design and assembly
- Both, the exhibiting company and the stand design/assembly company must be current by payments for contracted space and services.
- Companies with outstanding invoices from previous editions may not assemble
2. Electrical Contracting
- Electrical panel and power consumption must be contracted through FYCMA, either by the assembly company or exhibitor
3. Project Submission
Free-designed stand (space without construction or with own design) exhibitors must submit a setup project by September 2, 2025, for approval by FYCMA’s technical team. This project must comply with the General Participation Rules of FYCMA and include:
- Floor plan, elevation, and perspective drawings
- Project endorsed by a qualified technician, if required (per the Technical Building Code – CTE)
- Compliance with Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT) for the electrical installation
4. Technical and Design Restrictions
- Maximum construction height: 3 meters (includes fixed structures, movable elements, and audiovisual components)
- Perimeter elements on the stand:

- Maximum height of 1 meter in adjacent to aisles
- No signage or advertising elements on the perimeter
- Enclosures:
-
- No more than 50% of any stand side facing an aisle may be enclosed
- Rear-facing sides must be finished to the same quality as the front, properly finished with no visible cables or loose elements
- Suspended elements: Must be between 3 (min.) and 5 meters (max.) in height
- LED screens and sound equipment: Prior approval required by FYCMA

- Sound level is maximum 73 dB and must not disturb other stands or designated events area
- No unprotected cabling on surfaces where people or objects may pass
5. Assembly Authorization
An authorized representative must submit a signed and stamped assembly form to the Technical Management before beginning the setup
6. Assembly Approval
- The organizer reserves the right to reject any setup that:
- Was not previously approved
- Fails to comply with the general or specific participation rules of the event
Likewise, if any setup does not match the approved project, FYCMA reserves the right to halt the assembly and request its modification or removal
EXHIBITOR AGENDA KEY DATES
September 1: Deadline for full payment of the stand and contracted services. Service orders placed after this date must include proof of payment
September 10: Deadline for submitting final artwork for stand graphics. After this date, submission incurs a 30% surcharge of production costs. After September 12, 2025: Graphic production is not guaranteed.
September 15 onward (inclusive): Service bookings (excluding catering) will incur a 30% surcharge and be subject to availability
SETUP
FREE DESIGN STAND
September 30, continuous schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
MODULAR AND SEMI-DESIGN STAND SET-UP
September 30, continuous schedule from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM
DISMANTLING
Thursday, October 2, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Friday, October 3, from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM
All dismantling must be completed by October 3, 2025. The organizers are not responsible for any materials or items left in the pavilion after this date
SHIPMENT OF GOODS
Deliveries to FYCMA must be scheduled by the exhibitor between Monday, September 29 and Tuesday, September 30, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A shared goods reception warehouse will be available for collection of the delivered packages.
GOODS ENTRY AND EXIT DURING EVENT DAYS
Receiving: 1 hour before events opening until public admission
Removal: 30 minutes after the event closure.
On closing day, only small items that can be carried as hand luggage through the loading yard may be removed
GOODS COLLECTION: on October 3, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Exhibitors must arrange collection and properly label all items and leave them in the logistics area for pickup by courier companies.
Any goods remaining in the exhibition areas after the deadline will be considered as waste and removed by the cleaning service. No claims for loss or damage will be accepted
