SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT AT GREENCITIES & S-MOVING 2024
DATES AND TIMES OF THE EVENT
September 24 and 25, 2024. Tuesday 24 from 8:30am to 6:30pm and Wednesday 25 from 8:30am to 3:00pm.
ADMISSION AND CONTRACTING
In addition to the provisions of the General Contracting Conditions and Participation Regulations, all companies and institutions whose activities are considered to be included in or related to the sector covered by Greencities 2023 and which meet the legal requirements for the development of their activity may participate as exhibitors in Greencities 2024. The right of admission is reserved.
Contracting will be carried out by sending the attached Contracting Document to the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga, FYCMA, duly signed and/or stamped as a sign of acceptance, accompanied by proof of the corresponding payment, without which the reservation will not be understood to be formalised.

Remember that from September 16 (inclusive), a 30% surcharge on the original price will be applied to contracted services.
IMPORTANT DATES
August 24: Deadline for the payment of the total amount of the booth and contracted services.
Before September 10: Send the final artwork for your booth’s graphic elements.
September 16: Deadline for sending the booth nameplate.
CELEBRATION
September 24 and 25 of 2024, are the event days of Greencities & S-Moving. Tuesday, September 24 from 8:30am to 6:30pm and Wednesday, September 25 from 8:30am to 3:00pm.
ASSEMBLY
September 23: Booth set-up day by the exhibitor from 8:30am to 9:30pm without interruption.
SHIPMENT OF GOODS
September 20: Exhibitor merchandise reception day from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The shipment of merchandise for the booth must be scheduled by the exhibitor for this date. The organization will deposit it at the booth.
COLLECTION OF GOODS
September 26: Exhibitor goods collection day, from 9:00 to 17:00h. The collection of this merchandise must be arranged by the exhibitor.
ENTRY OF GOODS DURING THE DAYS OF THE FAIR
1 hour before the start time of the event until the doors open to the public.
BOOTH DISMANTLING
Wednesday, September 25, from 5:30pm to 9:00pm.
Thursday, September 26, from 8:30am to 8:00pm.
The dismantling of the booths must be completed by September 26, 2024. The organization is not responsible for materials and objects remaining in the hall after this date.
ASSEMBLY PASSES
Assembly companies must contact FYCMA to complete the assembly form or accredit themselves by completing the form at the loading and unloading gate of FYCMA. Without this requirement, they will not be allowed access to the facilities.
