In the framework of the European project atTRACTION in which Málaga TechPark participates, together with several European partners, a new training session on investment and access to funding opportunities will take place at Greencities, for Deep Tech startups from Málaga’s innovation ecosystem.

A meeting forum aimed at local administrations, which seeks to connect public and private actors to promote urban transformation and green mobility, focused on citizens and with sustainability as the main axis, in which the actions implemented by part of the Ministry of Sustainability, Environment and Blue Economy within the framework of the Network of Green and Sustainable Cities of Andalucía (Red Reversa) will be presented.

Session aimed at technical profiles from city councils to discuss tools for boosting local innovation systems.

Urban areas are the spaces that require the most attention when implementing sustainable policies, as the vast majority of European citizens live in cities. This project tackles this problem from two aspects: improving the training of students and workers to prepare them for the ecological transition and the development of ideas that advocate the use of sustainable measures in various areas such as electric mobility, land management, hydrogen production and grey water management.

This event will serve to expand and showcase RES4CITY activities to territories located in Latin America, which will have access to join as members of the Global Reach Hub RES4CITY. This global network is established with a mission for public and private stakeholders to collaborate, share knowledge, and drive the reduction of net-zero greenhouse gas emissions. Through its work, the center will promote renewable energy sources, the development of green labor skills, the advocacy of sustainable policies, and the inclusion of diverse communities in the transition to a green economy.
