The first “Call for Startups” in Greencities & S-Moving has been here! National (spanish) and international startups whose projects in cyber security have been applied to urban management and smart mobility have had the opportunity to increase their visibility pitching in front of investors and local technicians at the event.

Finalist Startups

These 5 selected startups have had a specific slot in Greencities & S-Moving program where they have given a brief presentation of their service/product to investors, experts and local technicians interested in technological solutions to cyber security matters. After the pitching session, the audience have voted for the best startup of this edition and the winner have been awarded the next day at the official ceremony.

Finalist Startups

These have been the 5 startups selected as finalists among all those that have submitted their candidacy; find out all the details about these companies. On Wednesday 21 September, voting have taken place to choose the winning startup, which has been announced at the awards ceremony that has taken place in the Urban Intelligence Room on Thursday 22 September at 1.00 p.m.

Deadline and important dates

  • Closing date for submissions: 11st of July 2022 (23:59h)
  • Communication of selected startups: from 8th of August 2022
  • Pitch session: 21st of September 2022
  • Awarding ceremony: 22nd of September 2022

Evaluation criteria

The Committee has selected among the candidates those startups that stand out on the following criteria:

  • Technology (fit to the open call focus)
  • Go to market feasibility and market potentital
  • Innovation and urban application
  • Impact on the society (EU challenges and SGDs)

No emerging companies/startups has been unsupported.
