If you want to make your support for entrepreneurship and your commitment to emerging companies visible, don’t miss the opportunity to be a partner of this Call.

To take into account

  • The organisation of Greencities & S-Moving will provide the entity sponsoring a space or activity with a contact person who will be in charge of centralising the management of all the elements included in the chosen action.

  • Once the contract has been processed, the links to register for the passes included in the chosen mode of participation will be sent by e-mail. These links must be used to register on the platform with the details of the people who will make use of them. The working lunch will take place on the first day of the event (24 September). The lunches included in the contract must be exchanged by completing the registration form with the corresponding link before 10 September. Lunches not exchanged by that date will be forfeited without any right to compensation.

  • Invitations to the institutional agenda are restricted to the highest institutional representation.

  • The entity participating in the content programme may suggest themes and/or speakers, but the final configuration will necessarily be made in coordination with the Greencities & S-Moving organisation, which reserves the final right of decision based on the strategic objectives of the event for the 2024 edition. The deadline for confirming the details of participation in the panel (theme, speakers, etc.) is 24 July.

  • Possibility of having a room at FYCMA for up to 60 people for holding a workshop, activity or meeting, which can be either open (any Greencities & S-Moving registered participant can access) or closed (exclusively for guests of the contracting entity).
