Presence in the Green Plaza

The Green Plaza is a prominent space within Greencities, which has become one of the event’s focal points. It is an area designed to resemble a square or park, located in a prime position within the exhibition area, serving as a meeting place for Greencities participants.

Additional information

Participation with Stand Includes Communication and Branding Actions:

  • Company logo in the exhibitor and networking sections of the website and App.
  • Stand Delivery: The stand is delivered turnkey (except for the “Space Only” option).
  • Stand Location: For technical reasons, the location of the stand in the exhibition area will depend on the type of stand chosen. Subject to these conditions, the exhibitor will be able to choose their location from the options provided by the organization. This choice will be made in strict order of booking.
  • Graphics:Modular stands of 12 and 18 m² do not include wall graphics. Clients who wish to do so may contract graphics separately. If contracted, production and assembly are included. The design and final creativity must be provided by the client. Under no circumstances does the service include dismantling, storage, or shipping of the graphics after the event.
  • Shared Participation:  There are stand options available that are adapted for the joint participation of several companies or entities. For more information, please contact the organizers.
  • Assistance passes, networking agenda, and working lunch: Once the registration is processed, the client will receive the corresponding registration codes for the passes included in the selected stand package. These codes must be entered into the registration platform with the details of the individuals who will use them. The Networking lunch takes place on the first day of the event. Lunches included in the package must be redeemed by completing the registration with the corresponding link before September 2th. Any lunches not redeemed by that date will be lost, with no right to compensation.
