Additional information:

Participation with stand includes communication and branding actions:

  • Company logo in the exhibitor and networking sections of the website and App.
  • Set up: Stands follow a turnkey delivery (except in the form of soil only).
  • Early-bird discout: Early-bird discounts for bookings made before 30th April 2024 will only apply if the booking form is received signed and 50% of the the final amount (+10% VAT) is payed as a reservation before that date.
  • Booth location: Due to technical reasons, booth location within the exhibition area will depend on the type of booth booked (size, format, etc). Given these determining factors, the exhibitor will be able to select a location among the options provided by the organizing team. Said selection will be made by booking order. In the case of floor-only/free-design booth that are not assembled by the organisation, the client must comply with the requirements established in the contracting rules and the final design must be approved by the organisation. The client must communicate this design to FYCMA at least one month before to the event. Likewise, the organisation may change the location of this type of booth due to floorplan and assembly requirements, without the right to any compensation whatsoever.
  • Graphic: The modular stands of 12 and 18 m2 do not include graphics for the walls. Clients can hire the graphics separately. In case of contracting, the concepts included are production and assembly. The design and final creativity must be provided by the customer. Under no circumstances does the contract include disassembly, storage or shipping of the graphics, once the event is over (in any of the stand modalities).
  • Joint participations: Booths for joint participations of several companies or entities are available, with a clear distinction between brand images. For more information, please contact the organizing team.
  • Attendance passes, networking agenda and working lunch: Once the contract has been processed, the client will receive the registration codes corresponding to the passes included in the chosen type of stand. These codes must be entered in the registration platform with the details of the people who will be using them. The working lunch will take place on the first day of the event (24st September). Those included in the contract must be exchanged by completing the registration form with the corresponding code before 10 September. Lunches not exchanged by that date will be forfeited without any right to compensation.
