KEY DATES
DEADLINES FOR FULL PAYMENT: STAND AND SERVICES
September 1, 2025: Deadline for full payment of the stand and contracted services. Service orders placed after this date must include proof of payment.
SUBMISSION OF FINAL ARTWORK FOR STANDS
Before September 10, 2025: Deadline for submitting final artwork for stand graphics. After this date, submission incurs a 30% surcharge of production costs. After September 12, 2025: Graphic production is not guaranteed.
SETUP OF FREE DESIGN STAND
September 30, 2025: continuous schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
SETUP OF MODULAR AND SEMI-DESIGN STAND SET-UP
September 30, 2025: continuous schedule from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
DATES AND OPENING HOURS
Event dates: October 1 and 2, 2025.
Fair opening hours: Wednesday, October 1 from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Thursday, October 2 from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
STAND DISMANTLING
Thursday, October 2, 2025: from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Friday, October 3, 2025: from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
All dismantling must be completed by October 3, 2025. The organizers are not responsible for any materials or items left in the pavilion after this date.

Please note that from September 15 onward (inclusive) service bookings (excluding catering) will incur a 30% surcharge and subject to availability.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The access to this event is restricted to industry professionals, upon registration. Therefore, access to children under 16 years old is not allowed.

Specific Conditions
SHIPMENT AND COLLECTION OF GOODS
Shipment of goods
Deliveries to FYCMA must be scheduled by the exhibitor between Monday, September 29 and Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A shared goods reception warehouse will be available for collection of the delivered packages.
Goods entry and exit during event days
Receiving: 1 hour before events opening until public admission.
Removal during event days: 30 minutes after the event closure. On closing day, only small items that can be carried as hand luggage through the loading yard may be removed.
Goods collection: Friday, October 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Exhibitors must arrange collection and properly label all items and leave them in the logistics area for pickup by courier services.
Any goods remaining in the exhibition areas after the deadline will be treated as waste and removed by the cleaning service. No claims for loss or damage will be accepted.
