Who can participate?
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Be a national municipality
- Complete the form correctly
- The project or initiative must be implemented or in progress
- Active participation in the Networking Agenda mode at Greencities&S-Moving 2024
Categories
THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES ARE REQUIRED:
- Municipalities up to 5.000 inhabitants.
- Municipalities with a population between 5.000 and 50.000.
- Municipalities with more than 50.000 inhabitants.
Dates to consider:
KEY DATES:
- Submission of applications: until August 31st, 2024 at 23:59h.
- Evaluation: from September 3rd to September 12th, 2024.
- Notification of selected proposals: from September 13th, 2024.
- Deadline to confirm participation in the event: by September 18th, 2024.
Selection criteria
The evaluation committee will consider the following criteria for the pre-selection of candidates:
- Participation of citizens in the implementation of the project
- Studies and forecasts of citizens’ quality of life indices
- Degree of innovation and technology used in the projects
- Commitment and involvement in the following SDGs:
- Health and well-being
- Clean water and sanitation
- Affordable and clean energy
- Industry, innovation and infrastructure
- Sustainable cities and communities
