  • Stand delivery: The stand is delivered turnkey.
  • Stand location: For technical reasons, the location of the stand in the exhibition area will depend on the type of stand chosen. Subject to these conditions, the exhibiting entity will be able to choose the location from among the options provided by the organisers. This choice will be made in strict order of contracting.
  • The final artwork for the adaptation of the stand graphics to the corporate image must be supplied by the exhibiting entity to the event organisers in the established time and manner.
  • The organisation of Greencities & S-Moving will provide the sponsoring entity with a contact person who will be in charge of centralising the management of all the elements included in the chosen level of sponsorship.
  • The elements relating to communication, dissemination and marketing corresponding to each level of sponsorship will be detailed in the participation proposal.
  • The final artwork for the adaptation of the different graphic elements included in the chosen level of sponsorship to the corporate image must be provided by the sponsoring entity to the Greencities & S-Moving organisation in the established time and manner.
  • Partner elements: the items marked with an asterisk in the branding and visibility part of the breakdown table of the different sponsorship levels are non-exclusive sponsorship, i.e. they can be sponsored by one or more entities. In the event that these items have already been contracted by another entity independently, the Greencities & S-Moving organisation will inform the entity interested in contracting them and, if necessary, an alternative will be offered. Some of the shared partner items are, for example, the Content Forums, which may be offered simultaneously by a company and a public body.
  • The configuration of the Forum contemplates prevention and social distancing measures as a result of the crisis caused by COVID-19. This configuration may undergo changes depending on the development of the relevant regulations, which FYCMA’s technical team is currently working on.
  • Once the contract has been processed, the registration codes corresponding to the passes included in the chosen mode of participation will be sent by e-mail. These codes must be entered in the registration platform with the details of the people who will use them. The working lunch will take place on the first day of the event (21 September). Those included in the contract must be exchanged by completing the registration form with the corresponding code before 10 September. Lunches not exchanged by that date will be forfeited without any right to compensation.
  • Invitations to the institutional agenda are restricted to the highest institutional representation.
  • The entity participating in the content programme may suggest topics and/or speakers, but the final configuration will necessarily be made in coordination with the organisation of Greencities & S-Moving, which reserves the ultimate right of decision depending on the strategic objectives of the event for the 2022 edition. The deadline for confirming the details of participation in the panel (theme, speakers, etc.) will be 22 July.
  • Availability of a 60-person room at FYCMA for holding a workshop, activity or meeting, which can be either open (any Greencities & S-Moving registered participant can access) or closed (exclusively for guests of the sponsoring entity).
