Additional information

  • The Greencities organization will provide the entity sponsoring a space or activity with a contact person who will be responsible for centralizing the management of all elements included in the chosen sponsorship action.
  • Once the registration is processed, the links for the corresponding passes included in the selected participation package will be sent by email. These links must be used to complete the registration on the platform with the details of the individuals who will use them. The business lunch takes place on the first day of the event (September 15th). Lunches included in the package must be redeemed by completing the registration with the corresponding link before September 2nd. Any lunches not redeemed by this date will be lost, with no right to compensation.
  • Invitations to the institutional agenda are restricted to the highest institutional representatives.
  • The entity participating in the content program may suggest topics and/or speakers, but the final configuration will be made in coordination with the Greencities organization, which reserves the final decision based on the strategic objectives of the event for the 2026 edition. The deadline to confirm the participation details for the panel (topic, speakers, etc.) will be July 25th.
  • Possibility of having a room at FYCMA for up to 60 people to hold a workshop, activity, or meeting, which can be either open (accessible to any Greencities registrant) or closed (exclusive to invited guests of the contracting entity).
