By accepting to participate in Greencities & S-Moving, you acknowledge and accept the General Terms and Conditions and Rules of Participation, as well as the Specific Terms and Conditions of Greencities & S-Moving 2023 set out below.

These Specific Terms and Conditions may modify all or part of the clauses contained in the General Terms and Conditions and Rules of Participation.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT IN GREENCITIES & S-MOVING 2023

ADMISSION AND CONTRACTING

In addition to the provisions of the General Contracting Conditions and Participation Regulations, all companies and institutions whose activities are considered to be included in or related to the sector covered by Greencities 2023 and which meet the legal requirements for the development of their activity may participate as exhibitors in Greencities 2023. The right of admission is reserved.

Contracting will be carried out by sending the attached Contracting Document to the Palacio de Ferias y Congresos de Málaga, FYCMA, duly signed and/or stamped as a sign of acceptance, accompanied by proof of the corresponding payment, without which the reservation will not be understood to be formalised.

Remember that from 13 September (inclusive) there will be a 30% surcharge on the original price of the contracted services.

 

IMPORTANT DATES

20th August: Deadline for the payment of the total amount of the booth and contracted services.

Before 7th September: Sending of the final artwork of the graphic elements of your booth.

14th September: Deadline for sending the booth name sign.

 

CELEBRATION

Greencities & S-Moving will be held on 20 and 21 September 2023. Wednesday 20th from 8:30h to 18:30h and Thursday 21st from 8:30h to 15:00h.

 

ASSEMBLY

19th September: Booth set-up day by the exhibitor during uninterrupted hours from 8:30am to 9:30pm.

 

SHIPMENT OF GOODS

18th September: Day of receipt of goods from exhibitors from 9:00 to 18:00h. The shipment of goods for the booth must be scheduled by the exhibitor for this date. The organisation will deposit it at the booth.

COLLECTION OF GOODS

22nd September: Exhibitor goods collection day, from 9:00 to 17:00h. The collection of this merchandise must be arranged by the exhibitor.

ENTRY OF GOODS DURING THE DAYS OF THE FAIR

1 hour before the start time of the event until the doors open to the public.

 

DISMANTLING OF BOOTHS

Thursday, 21 September, from 17:30 to 21:00.

Friday, 22 September from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm.

Dismantling of the booths must be completed by 23 September 2022. The organisation accepts no responsibility for materials and objects remaining in the pavilion after this date.

 

ASSEMBLY PASSES

Assembly companies must contact FYCMA to fill in the assembly form or accredit themselves by filling it in at the door of the FYCMA loading and unloading yard, without this requirement they will not be able to access the facilities.
